Introduction:
Although i had to adapt to a new environment on numerous occasions, one such instance is close to my heart and hence worth mentioning.

It happened when i moved to a new school after passing my 10th.
Where were you?
It was last year that we bought a new house. We had moved to the heart of the city from the countryside. Due to this, i was shifted to a new school aswell.
How did you adapt to the new environment?
Moving to a new environment is always a daunting task. I vividly remember, on the first day of my school, i was a little petrified as everything was new for me. The hustle and bustle of the city was posing a major problem as i was used to the serenity of the countryside.
However, i shed my inhibitions and took up the new chapter of my life with a smile and a positive attitude. As my attitude and perception towards the new challenge changed, so did my life. With time i started to enjoy the city life.I adapted to the new environment with ease. I enrolled in for sports activity after school hours and made new friends. Apart from this, i even became an avid reader and started excelling in school.
How did this experience impact you?
There is no denying this conviction, that changes bring in their wake a number of doubts, conflicts and controversies whether they are related to past and present; modern and contemporary. However, this decision to shift from the countryside to a new place has played a vital role in shaping me. It brought a paradigm shift in my life and helped me to achieve new milestones in my life.
