introduction:
Every individual has their own skills, strengths and weaknesses. Working in a team gives each member the opportunity to learn and grow from each other and succeed together. Today, I would like to talk about a person who recently showcased excellent leadership skills and led the whole team towards success.
Who this person is?
This person is non other than my bossom friend Rohit. He is highly educated, extremely sophisticated and well cultured. The greatest virtues of mankind vis-a-vis honesty; integrity and kindness, dedication; devotion and discipline towards any work, empathy; compassion and friendliness towards each other have always been her greatest strengths.
When you worked together?
We first met at a time in our life when we both were at the threshold of unknown worlds that lay ahead of us. Thus, we have been working together since our school days and we still support each other.
What he did?
He is an active member of an NGO which provides free education, food and basic amenities to the underprivileged section of the society. Recently, I volunteered to accompany him on his visit to the flood stricken rural areas in Punjab. Here, I saw him leading various families and helping them get out of their homes.
Explain why you think he was a great team player?
He was working selflessly while simultaneously leading his team. His dedication, devotion, discipline and coordination helped save countless lives. It is rightly said that team work makes dream work. He divided each task among all members of his team. As a result, it all lead to better outcomes.
