Introduction:

There is no denying this conviction that, good services always leave a positive impact on customers, whereas inadequate services leave terrible impact on them. Today I would like to talk about a time when I received bad service from a restaurant.

When and where it happened?

Last month, our family decided to have dinner in a restaurant. We decided on this place because we wanted to spent quality time with each other and enjoy delicious delicacies from a good restaurant. As we all know, ability to laugh together is the essence of love and the best opportunity for this is provided by family. They provide us with a lot of strength and support, courage and confidence, love and affection.

What happened?

The name of the restaurant is Zoka. When we visited this restaurant, we saw that it had a beautiful ambiance and served a plethora of cuisines. They even provided the home delivery service. Moreover, the restaurant looked unique, luxurious and exuberant with the Italian marble flooring. They had used some traditional paintings on the walls to give it a royal look. After getting seated, we checked the price menu and found that it was a little bit costly, but we ordered lentil curry with some pops. The waiter asked for 10 minutes to serve the order, but we received our order after one hour.

How the problem was solved?

Finally when the food arrived, the waiter mixed our order with other orders. Finally, on eating the first bite we were utterly disappointed. To our dismay, the food was terrific! It was banal as there were no species added to it except for salt. we lost our appetite and patience after experiencing the poor service and food. We called the manager and told him about the inadequate service .He apologized for the inconvenience and  changed our order without any extra charges.

And explain how you felt about this bad service?

We had received a lot of good reviews about the restaurant and were expecting this to be a wholesome and fulfilling experience. However, it was a disheartening, discouraging and disappointing one. This degree of mismanagement leaves a bad impression on the visitors who are frequent here.
