Life is a rollercoaster of emotions. We sometime experience the highs of joys and success while at other times the lows of sorrows and disappointment.
Who you gave the advice to?
Today, I would like to talk about a tough time that my older sibling was going through and I decided to cheer her up with a small piece of advice.
Why you gave the advice?
It was a challenging time for her as she had just lost her job. I was shocked at first because she was always obsessed with it and used to spent a lot of time working on her projects even when at home. It was surprisingly unbelievable that a hard-working person like her could also loose her job. To my dismay, she had taken this loss to her heart and was traumatized with the news.
I gave her this advice because she is the apple of my eye and I can’t see her disheartened. Moreover, siblings are always meant to stay together, through thick and thin. We all know that the ability to laugh together is the essence of love and the best opportunity for this is provided by family and friends. Family gives us strength and support, courage and confidence, love and affection.
What the advice was?
I sad down with her one fine day and told her that lief’s uncertain twist and turns are the one that make it an exhilarating experience. Sometimes, we are screaming in joy and at other time we’re facing our fears, but it’s the combination of both that makes the ride memorable. Moreover, the key to a good life is to savor every moment and embrace the unknown world that lays ahead of us.
And explain how she followed It?
She listened to me very carefully and realized that it was her opportunity she was always seeking. Now that she is free she could spend this time to reassess her career path. Later, we all sat down together and helped her through her job search.
