Introduction:

In the contemporary epoch, technological equipments such as computers, notepads, tablets, smart phones and many more play a substantial part in our life. Today, I would like to talk about a time when I faced trouble while using computer.

When and where did you face a problem using the computer?

I vividly remember that, I was in 11th standard when my father gifted me a computer on my eighteen birthday. It was on a daily basis that I used my computer for attending classes, doing my homework, assignments and projects.

During that time, there was lockdown in the whole nation because of the outspread of the deadly Corona virus. The whole world was suffering from pandemic. Schools were closed immediately, and that is when my laptop was used extensively. I got all my homework on it. One fine afternoon my laptop stopped working and shut down by itself. It happened in between my exams, so it was a dire situation for me because my whole work was on that computer.

And explain how you solved the concern at last?

Initially, I panicked as it was the only computer I used and saved all my data on it. However, after a few minutes I decide to cool down and take charge of the situation. Firstly, I tried called the technician but due to the lock-down he denied visiting us. However, he suggested me a remedy. He asked me to use a particular website for assistance. Moreover, I also took help from the Youtube videos and searched a lot of content on my mobile. Hence, I finally started working on the computer myself. I checked all parts of the computer as recommended in the video. The person in that video advised to click on some updates that I was always skipping.

Later, i updated the windows of my computer as advised in that video. The whole process took me two days to finally restart my computer. Initially, I was feeling down in the dumps because I had lost a few of my data base. But at the end, I finally felt satisfied and contented as it gave me peace of mind and I had learned a new thing.
