Introduction:
Although I have taken numerous life changing decisions throughout my life, however one of them is exceptional and hence worth mentioning.
Where were you at the time?
After completing my 10th exam, i had to decide the stream that i wanted to pursue throughout my life. This was an important decision to be made as it was the deciding factor for my academic future and career path.
When was this decision made?
This decision was made by me after taking into account a lot of scenarios. I weighed all the pros and cons of each possible stream that i had to choose from. I consulted my family and a few mentors. I even did my little research before opting for this stream.
What factors influenced your decision?
I found out that while choosing this career path, it is important to take into consideration one’s personal interests, career aspirations and future scope before taking any decision. Being an altruist by nature, i knew that i wanted to choose science as i always wanted to serve my community.
How did the decision affect your life?
This decision worked like a charm for me. Today, unlike my few ignorant counterparts who took this decision without any proper evaluation, i am thriving in my career. It helped me gain plethora of knowledge and i gained a new perspective in my life. All in all, this decision of enrolling into the science stream worked like charm for me. Today, i feel happy and at content with my decision.
