Introduction:
There is no denying this conviction that, complaints against wrong things is considered our duty. Although, I have complained various times throughout my life. But today, I would like to talk about a time when I complained about a product and eventually got it repaired.
What did you complain about & When it happened?
Being a tech-savvy person, I love to buy things online because it is a convenient way to buy products with special discounts and best services. Last month, I bought a microwave oven online on the occasion of Diwali. In the first week it was working flawlessly however, it crashed down on the 8th day.
Who you complained to?
Firstly, I contacted a local electrician. Then he suggested me to registered a complaint on the company’s customer care. They apologized for this inconvenience and then, just after two hours the employees of that company come and replaced the faulty part.
What was the result and why you were satisfied with the result?
Since that day, it has been working perfectly. I felt satisfied with this result because of mainly two reasons. Firstly, they didn’t charge extra for the door-to-door service. Secondly, they responded immediately without any excuse.
In a nutshell, this was the time when I complained about something and got it fixed in the end.
